The 2020 Conference has been cancelled.
The 13th Health Disparities Conference scheduled to take place March 25–27, 2020 in New Orleans has been cancelled. The State of Louisiana and the City of New Orleans have issued a state of emergency declaration relative to the COVID-19 outbreak. After reviewing the recommendations from health authorities about COVID-19 and the potential health risks associated with convening a large gathering, we believe that canceling the meeting is the right thing to do. The health, safety, and well-being of our global community is our highest priority.
Planning this meeting over the past year involved many people. We want to thank those who planned the conference, submitted abstracts, and agreed to serve as faculty.
Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions section which will address travel, registration refunds and other questions for attendees. Our website will provide on-going updates.
Thank you for your interest in our conference, and for many of you, your continued participation and support. We look forward to seeing you, definitely for XULA 2021, in New Orleans.
