Registration Pricing

Registration fees must be paid by the respective deadline in order for discounts to apply. Attendees are responsible for their own expenses related to travel, parking, and any other incidental charges. Unfortunately, there are no scholarships available. All attendees are required to indicate all special dietary or ADA accommodation needs when registering for the conference.

Payment Instructions

When registering online for the 16th Health Disparities Conference, you have the opportunity to pay by Credit Card or Institution / Business Check (no personal checks accepted).

NOTE: If payment is not received by the respective discounted deadline, then your balance due will be adjusted according to the timeline and respective rates as noted above.

LATE PAYMENTS: Institution Checks must be received PRIOR to Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at the address above. Registrants must provide a valid Credit Card beginning Wednesday, February 15, 2023 or a Business/Institution Check at Check-in onsite to cover all Registration Fees. When paying on-site, please note that on-site rates will apply and purchase orders will NOT be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) will be distributed no later than 30 days after the close of the Conference.

The request for a registration refund must include the tax identification number of the company or institution if registration was paid by a company or institution check.

In the case of activity cancellation, the liability of XULA-COP is limited to the registration fee.

Cancellations

Notification of registration cancellations must be submitted electronically to the Conference Organizers. Registration cancellations occurring prior to January 6, 2023 will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations on or after January 6, 2023. Refunds will be distributed no later than 30 days after the close of the Conference.

The request for a registration refund must include the tax identification number of the company or institution if registration was paid by a company or institution check.

XULA-COP reserves the right to cancel activities prior to the scheduled date should uncontrollable circumstances make it necessary. Each registrant will be notified by the email address(es) provided during the registration process. In the case of activity cancellation, the liability of the XULA-COP is limited to the registration fee.

Conference Organizers reserve the right to limit the number of participants in a program and is not responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual whose registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
