As an Exhibitor or Supporter, you will have the unique opportunity to meet, share, and dialogue with key opinion leaders and decision makers. This conference includes attendees who are involved in clinical and basic science research and represent domestic and international universities and organizations focusing on chronic diseases such as diabetes, HIV and AIDS, hypertension, asthma, cancer, and heart disease. Exhibitors and Supporters will meet attendees and exhange information about RCMI Programs that are directly related to the conduct of bench, clinical, and community-based research activities.


What Does it Cost?

The Exhibit Table Fee

The 2024 Conference Exhibit Table Fee is $500.

Funds must be received by February 22, 2024 for the discounted rate to apply. After February 22, 2024, the Exhibit Table Fee will increase to $575. Exhibit table purchase includes booth descriptor in the 2024 program syllabus and more. The Exhibit Table Fee does not include conference registration.

What Does it Cost?

Commercial Exhibitors

The 2024 Commercial Exhibitor rate is $2400 each.

LIMITED Commerical Exhibits Available

Commercial Exhibits will be located on the Terrace Level to comply with CME guidelines that restrict pathways through commercial exhibit or demonstration spaces to get to educational meeting spaces.

Funds must be received by Friday, April 5, 2024. Exhibit table purchase includes booth descriptor in the 2024 program syllabus. The Exhibit Table Fee includes one registration. Commercial exhibits are limited up to two spaces to engage with RCMI attendees about career opportunities.

Each Commercial Exhibit Table will include:
  • One 6' draped table (in a pre-determined color)
  • Two side chairs
  • Electricity, if needed will be coordinated through the hotel.

The exhibits should reflect the mission of the RCMI National Conference to:

Exchange information and discuss opportunities for collaboration and strategies for solving shared challenges in:

  • Research resources to support support scientific projects;
  • early-stae investigator development and mentoring; and
  • community engagement.

About the Advertisement Rates

1 Ads may be submitted in *.ai, *.eps, *.pdf, *.png, or *.tif format (minimum 300 DPI, all text converted to outlines, 1/4" margin, and 1/4" bleed).

2 For discounted rates to apply, funds must be received by the respective deadline. All advertisement artwork must be received before 11:59 PM EDT on March 29, 2024 to be featured in the Program Syllabus. Submit advertisement artwork when registering or send transfer links (DropBox or WeTransfer) to sponsors@rcmiconf.com


Notification of registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registrar. Registration cancellations occurring prior to March 29, 2024 will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made on or after March 29, 2024. Refunds wil be distributed no later than 30 days after the close of the Conference. Neither the Conference nor its agents will be liable for canceled or delayed flights. The request for registration refund must include the tax identification number of the payor.

Conference administrators reserve the right to cancel activities prior to the scheduled date should uncontrollable circumstance make it necessary. Each registrant will be notified via the email address(es) provided during the registration process. In the case of activity cancellation, the liability of the Conference is limited to the registration fee.

Conference administrators reserve the right to limit the number of participants in a program and is not responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual or institution whose registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
