Registration Rates

Registration Fees must be paid by the respective deadline in order for discounts to apply. The Conference Planning Committee reserves the right to limit attendance to RCMI 2024. Attendees are responsible for their own expenses related to travel, parking, lodging, meals, and any other incidental charges.

Early-Bird Rate – $300

Before 02/22/2024

Standard Rate – $350

Between 02/23/2024 – 03/29/2024

Late / Onsite Rate – $400

Beginning 03/30/2024

Payment Instructions

When registering online for the conference, you have the opportunity to pay by Credit Card or Institution / Business Check (no personal checks accepted). If payment is not received by the respective discounted deadline, then your balance will be adjusted to the prevailing rates according to the timeline as posted online.

Mailed checks for registration payments must arrive at the aforementioned addressed by close of business on Monday, April 15, 2024. All other check payments are due at check-in for the RCMI 2024 National Conference.

Please note that neither Purchase Orders nor Personal Checks will be accepted on-site. Attendees must provide a valid Credit Card or a Business / Institution Check at the time of check-in to cover all registration fees. When paying on-site, please note that ONSITE RATES WILL APPLY.

Cancellations

Notification of registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registrar. Registration cancellations occurring prior to March 29, 2024 will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made on or after March 29, 2024. Refunds wil be distributed no later than 30 days after the close of the Conference. Neither the Conference nor its agents will be liable for canceled or delayed flights. The request for registration refund must include the tax identification number of the payor.

Conference administrators reserve the right to cancel activities prior to the scheduled date should uncontrollable circumstance make it necessary. Each registrant will be notified via the email address(es) provided during the registration process. In the case of activity cancellation, the liability of the Conference is limited to the registration fee.

Conference administrators reserve the right to limit the number of participants in a program and is not responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual or institution whose registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
