Registration Fees must be paid by the respective deadline in order for discounts to apply. Registration is limited to RCMI Research Investigators and administrative research personnel. Conference Planning Committee reserves the right to limit attendance to RCMI 2019. Attendees are responsible for their own expenses related to travel, parking, lodging, breakfasts, lunches, and any other incidental charges.

About the Registration Rates

1 Includes access to activities December 15–17, 2019, and conference meeting materials (excluding NRMN program).

2 Includes access to activities December 14–15, 2019 ONLY, and conference meeting materials. NRMN SETH will be offering Grant Writing Coaching Groups for select Postdocs, Junior Faculty, and early stage Investigators who are actively writing NIH style research proposals. Our comprehensive program is specifically designed to meet the needs of diverse investigators at RCMI, CTSA, IDeA and other NIH funded emerging research institutions, committed to workforce diversity. Please contact your RCMI, CTSA, IDeA, or other NIH-funded emerging research program principal investigator/program director for a recommendation or contact for more information.

Payment Instructions

When registering online for the 2019 Conference, you have the opportunity to pay by Credit Card or Institution Check. If payment is not received by the respective discount deadline, then your balance due will be adjusted according to the timeline and corresponding rates as noted above. Please make checks for Conference Registration payable and mail to:

Mailed checks for registration payments must arrive at the aforementioned address by close of business on Monday, December 9, 2019. All other check payments are due at check-in for the RCMI 2019 National Conference.

Please note that neither Purchase Orders nor Personal Checks will be accepted on-site. Attendees must provide a valid Credit Card or a Business/Institution Check at the time of check-in to cover all Registration fees. When paying on-site, please note that ON-SITE RATES WILL APPLY.


Notification of registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Registration cancellations occurring prior to November 1, 2019 will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made on or after November 1, 2019. Refunds will be distributed no later than 30 days after the close of the Conference. Neither the Conference nor its agents will be liable for canceled or delayed flights. The request for registration refund must include the tax identification number of payor.

Conference Administrators reserve the right to cancel activities prior to the scheduled date should uncontrollable circumstance make it necessary. Each registrant will be notified via the email address(es) provided during the registration process. In the case of activity cancellation, the liability of the Conference is limited to the registration fee.

Conference Administrators reserve the right to limit the number of participants in a program and is not responsible for any expenses incurred by an individual or institution whose registration is not confirmed and for whom space is not available.
