Increase awareness of health services availabile within six of a municipality's department of health clinics.

The Outcome

Increased telephone inquiries to the department's 311 phone line were noted during and after market penetration. The request for guest spots for the agency director and other authorities on local radio, television, and print media increased due to the augmented visibility of the department of health and its services. Inquiries about partnerships and collaborations also increased. Written and in-person testimony for a congressional hearing to secure additional city funding.
